Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered and accessed.
However, refunds may be granted in the following cases: - The customer did not receive access to the digital product.
- The digital file is corrupted or unusable and a working version cannot be provided.
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting: support@flixlimited.com
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
